Her work spans paid media, SEO, OTA marketing, and content optimization, with a focus on increasing online contribution and revenue performance. Holly also leads the company’s internal and external training programs, hosting client webinars, team training sessions, and thought leadership content to support education across the hospitality industry.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Dena has held roles in the digital marketing space for hospitality since 2009. Technology-minded and not afraid to take risks, she has helped multiple management companies evolve their digital footprint, such as Concord Hospitality, Prospera Hospitality Services, Real Hospitality Group, and Stonebridge, where she is the Corporate Director of Digital Marketing and E-Commerce. Dena sits on the HSMAI Ohio Chapter Board and has been a founding member of multiple pioneering hotel brand committees for digital marketing.
