The Blackwell Inn & Pfahl Conference Center is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to positively lead all aspects of Bistro 2110, in-room dining and Lobby Lounge with bar. |

The restaurant manager implements, enforces and adheres to our restaurants standards, policies and procedures; participates in achieving our revenue objectives; ensures that customer needs are promptly and professionally met while remaining compliant with all local, state and federal laws; provides exemplary guest service to maximize customer satisfaction; efficiently and accurately responds to customer grievances; hires, trains and coaches staff members; upholds the high standard of cleanliness for all areas of the operation; monitors beverage cost, ordering and inventory control; responsible for various administrative duties. Stays up-to-date with Open Table system, promotions and marketing materials for all outlets. This is a full-time, hands-on position for an operation open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and does require evenings, weekends and holidays. This position requires manager on duty shifts. Minimum Education Required Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with a Major in hospitality management or restaurant management Required Qualifications DESIRED: Five years experience in a restaurant environment; 3 years experience managing people; experience with Micros and Open Table.
