Emily Squance

Marketing & Partnership Manager

Emily Squance began at OHLA towards the end of November after graduating from Ohio University, where she graduated with her Bachelor of Journalism Strategic Communications in May 2023. After completing an internship in her final year at OU for a staffing agency in Columbus, Emily fell in love with Columbus. 

With her previous work experience in the hospitality industry working as an Office Assistant/Manager at Jefferson Marketplace along with interning for a staffing agency, Emily believes that she is well suited for the Marketing and partnership Manager position within OHLA. Even though she has only been a part of the team for a short time, Emily remains positive and enthusiastic about the digital future of OHLA. 

In her free time, Emily enjoys all things art. On the weekends she can be found painting and taking her dogs back home on hikes. During Emily's senior year at Ohio University, she served as the President of Active Minds, a student organization focused on advocating the importance of mental health. While serving as the President, Emily was able to advocate for a topic she holds dearly, raising awareness on mental health and the drastic impacts it has had on society's youth. 

Originally from Oxford, Ohio, she now resides in Columbus and is excited
