Mobility City

Mobility City of Columbus, along with its MCity Rentals division, is proud to join OHLA. Serving Ohio hotels since December 2020, Mobility City has delivered rental mobility scooters to visitors throughout the region. To meet growing demand, MCity Rentals launched a Mobility Scooter Amenity Program designed to provide guests with immediate, short-term mobility solutions.

Through this program, scooters are conveniently placed onsite at participating hotels and conference centers. Guests can use a smartphone app to rent a scooter for as little as four hours at a time. The amenity is offered at no cost to the hotel and includes a revenue-sharing opportunity.

The program is structured to minimize hotel staff involvement. Hotel partners simply provide a key to guests who present a confirmation code, while MCity Rentals manages reservations and logistics through its rental platform.

“We’ve always done our best to help visitors with their mobility challenges,” said Don Guilbert, President of Mobility City. “However, short-term requests and limited advance notice sometimes made it difficult to accommodate everyone. MCity Rentals solves both of those challenges.”
