Join us for the inaugural Ohio Hotel & Lodging Educational Foundation (OHLEF) Golf Outing! OHLEF carries forward the proud tradition of the Ohio Hotel & Lodging Association’s Education & Training Fund and other charitable efforts. With our 501(c)(3) status, we now have a stronger platform to offer even more support to hotel professionals at every stage of their careers, students, schools, potential employees, and communities throughout Ohio. Your participation will help us fund training programs, career development opportunities, employee assistance, and foster stronger connections with high schools, technical schools, colleges, and universities.

What is the Ohio Hotel & Lodging Educational Foundation (OHLEF)?
In late 2023, OHLA established, for the first time, the Ohio Hotel & Lodging Educational Foundation (OHLEF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit entity specifically for the benefit of Ohio’s hotels, the professionals that work in them and the individuals interested in entering our industry.
The mission of the Ohio Hotel & Lodging Educational Foundation is to collaboratively advance the growth and vitality of the hotel and lodging industry in Ohio. Through strategic partnerships and innovative initiatives, we are dedicated to empowering the state's workforce by engaging with students and individuals to foster their participation and involvement in our industry. We are committed to providing educational opportunities, offering broad opportunities available in travel industry employment, and driving sustainable development to ensure a thriving future for Ohio's hospitality sector.
